Refund policy

Returns must be requested within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in their original condition, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

To request a return, email hello@tabbycatcrochet.com. Please wait for approval and return instructions before mailing your item.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you whether your refund is approved. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
